95 Southbound (coming from New London, Old Lyme):
Take
exit 69 (Route 9 North). Take Exit 1. Turn left at the end
of ramp onto Essex Road. Take 2nd right onto Ayers Point Road.
Watch your odometer and go for 1/2 mile. You will come to a split
in the road, STAY TO THE LEFT, onto Otter Cove Drive. We are
immediately on the right. It is a log home with the number 71 on
the cedar shingled mailbox.

95 Northbound (coming from New Haven, Madison):
Take
exit 69 (Route 9 North). Take Exit 2. Turn right at the end
of ramp and a left onto Ayers Point Road. Watch your odometer and
go for 1/2 mile. You will come to a split in the road, STAY TO THE
LEFT, onto Otter Cove Drive. We are immediately on the right.

Take
Exit 2 and go left off the ramp. Go under the highway and take
your immediate right (sign will say Ferry Point). Go straight through
stop sign and take your second left onto Ayers Point Road. Watch
your odometer and go for 1/2 mile. You will come to a split in the
road, STAY TO THE LEFT, onto Otter Cove Drive. We are immediately
on the right. It is a log home with the number 71 on the cedar
